By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us—including our Magnetic Brewing Systems, Tea Selections, and Accessories—you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Commercial Use Restriction: The products available on this site are intended for end-consumers. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed for the purpose of resale, distribution, or other commercial purposes without prior written authorization may be cancelled. - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Product Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including the metallic finish of the MT/AT series and tea leaf textures). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. - PRODUCTS & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Specific Product Clauses:
A. Tea Products (Consumables): Tea is a natural agricultural product. Slight variations in flavor, leaf shape, or color between batches/harvests are natural and not considered defects.
B. Hardware (MT/AT Series): The Magnetic Levitation Valve and transmission structures are proprietary designs. Unauthorized disassembly, reverse engineering, or modification of the device voids all warranties and is strictly prohibited.
C. Electronic Safety: The AT (Automated) series contains lithium batteries and electronic components. Do not submerge the handle or base in water. Damages caused by improper cleaning are not covered by warranty.
- ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided. Resale Prevention: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. - SHIPPING & IMPORT COMPLIANCE (CRITICAL FOR TEA)
Customs & Duties: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Agricultural Regulations: Regulations regarding the import of tea leaves (plant products) vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the tea products ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. kteatop is not liable for packages confiscated or destroyed by local customs authorities due to agricultural restrictions.
- RETURN & REFUND POLICY (SUMMARY)
Tea: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all tea sales are final and non-refundable once dispatched, unless the item is incorrect or physically damaged upon arrival.
Hardware: Unused hardware may be returned within [Insert Days, e.g., 14 Days] in original packaging.
Breakage Reporting: For glass accessories or ceramic parts, you must report any breakage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Late claims will not be accepted.

At kteatop, we are dedicated to delivering our precision brewing systems and premium teas to enthusiasts worldwide. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Special Note for AT Series (Electronics): Due to strict international aviation safety checks for lithium batteries, orders containing the AT Automated System may require an additional 24 hours for hazardous material screening before dispatch.
- High Volume: During new product launches or holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We utilize a network of premium logistics partners (Direct Line Services) to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

- Important for South Korea Customers: To ensure the fastest delivery (typically 3-5 days), you must provide your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) at checkout. Failure to provide this may result in customs rejection.
- Please note that “Business Days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes which are beyond our control.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
- Split Shipments: If you order both Hardware (Tea Set) and Tea Leaves, they may be shipped in separate packages to optimize customs clearance speed and compliance. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
kteatop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
- Tea Import Regulations: Regulations regarding the import of agricultural products (tea leaves) vary by country. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s specific import regulations. kteatop is not liable for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by local customs authorities due to agricultural restrictions.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (BATTERIES)
Due to international shipping regulations regarding Lithium-Ion Batteries (contained in our AT Series handles), we cannot ship to certain addresses, including:
- PO Boxes (varies by region, please use a physical address if possible).
- APO/FPO (Military Addresses).
- Certain remote islands where dangerous goods air cargo is restricted.
- If we cannot ship to your location due to battery regulations, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund immediately.
6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
- Damaged on Arrival: Our tea sets contain glass and precision mechanical parts. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will ship a replacement.
Return & Refund Policy

At kteatop, we stand behind the precision engineering of our Magnetic Brewing Systems. However, as our products are designed for food and beverage preparation, hygiene and safety are our top priorities.
Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.
- THE “HYGIENE FIRST” PRINCIPLE
Can I return a used product? No. To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns of any hardware or accessories that have been used, washed, or filled with water/tea.
Eligibility for Return: Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival. If a returned item shows signs of use (e.g., water spots, tea residue, scratches, or missing packaging), we will not issue a refund, and the item will be discarded for hygiene reasons.
- TEA PRODUCTS (FINAL SALE)
All sales of tea leaves are FINAL. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on loose-leaf tea or tea bags once they have left our facility.
Exception: If you received the wrong tea blend (e.g., you ordered Oolong but received Black Tea), please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will reship the correct item immediately. You do not need to return the incorrect package.
- HARDWARE RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND)
If you have simply changed your mind and the item is completely unused:
Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Since our main fulfillment center is global, international return shipping fees can be significant. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging labor.
- DAMAGES & DEFECTS (WE COVER IT)
We guarantee that our products arrive in perfect condition.
Glass Breakage / Cosmetic Damage: Given the fragile nature of glass liners and tea pots, you must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Report Limit: You must email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: We will send a free replacement part (e.g., a new glass liner) immediately. You do not need to return the broken glass.
Note: Claims made after 48 hours will be treated as “accidental breakage during use” and are not covered.
Functional Defects: If the Magnetic Valve fails to seal or the AT Motor does not work right out of the box, this is covered under our Warranty. We will arrange a replacement or repair free of charge.
- HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email our support team at [Insert Support Email] with your Order # and reason for return.
For “Change of Mind,” confirm the item is unused and in original packaging.
For “Defects/Damage,” attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Do not return items to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.
- REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt):
Approved: We will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
Rejected: If the item is found to be used, we will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.
